I was looking for a little refresh on an old house that we would be air b&bing and Jaime and her team came in and did exactly what I needed. There was some light construction for room configuration along with all of the paint selection, furniture purchases, decor and staging that I needed help with. It turned out so cute and we get great reviews from our air b&b guests!

The team at PEN Design and Remodel completely transformed my entire house. Every room, bathrooms, floors, paint, completely new and updated. Jamie and her team did an amazing job making our home a beautiful, inviting space. Her ideas and creativity are exceptional. I used PEN Design & Remodel for transforming my dated great room. The end result is something modern and elegant! I truly can't believe it's the same space! They used some of my existing decor, combined with updated elements, materials and colors to completely transform the space. The team at PEN Design & Remodel completely remodeled the entire bottom floor of our outdated home. The attention to detail that I would never have thought of (lighting styles, crown molding, cabinet features) completely elevated our home above and beyond what we could have hoped for. What definitely sets them apart is their eye for creativity and design! How they arranged pieces, created color schemes, and picked out decor and furniture was the most impressive piece of making our newly renovated house a home.
