        No idea how this place has low reviews Eboni was great on helping me making me an account and I called prior to my walk in and she was very kind and professional my guess is there is too many entitled people in the area because this place was very nice and the people too thank you

        If I could give this place zero stars I would! Short staff! Dont come here I repeat it took 40 mins just to talk to someone!!

        Do not get a checking account. It is the hardest thing to close. You have no say so even when youre the account holder to do anything with the account. I go to close the account, they said everything will be immediate and neither of the cards will be able to be used. I look on my account an hour later the joint holder is still using the card. I called back and they told me its not immediate. I dont like being lied to, and then they tell you they cant freeze anything, and things will take 2 to 3 business days, and they cant prevent Overdrafts. Just go get a different bank. Ive already moved myself over to a different bank. Will never bank with them or get any card with them again.
