Texas Bank

I contacted the Anna branch and was told there would be no problem with opening a firearms business account. I was told the Frisco branch was closer and would be able to open the account there. When I arrived I saw a no guns allowed sign and when I told the woman what kind of business, she said they don't generally do firearms business accounts. The lady acted like she was going to have to work with no customers in the bank. I have a personal account with Texas Bank that I will be closing now. I should have trusted the low reviews. Stay away from this bank or at least this branch. Worst customer service I've ever had at a bank. Total waste of my time.

One of the staff members seemed to hate her job and took it out on customers. Very rude and unprofessional.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First and foremost I drove an hour and a half just to get no kind of help. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I was first told that they weren't able to take my check since I had an endorsement on the back of the check and I needed to go get a new one before cashing it. Second, I was told that she can't take the check because she wasn't able to verify the check, even though the instructions to verify it was handed to her. Third, she said she would talk to her manager and see if they could take the check. The manager ended up saying no because of the endorsement on the back and after I stated I could come back with another check with no endorsement on the back to cash it and was still told no. She kept saying no and adding more excuses on why she couldn't take the check even though the manager just stated no just because of the endorsement. Worst experience ever! She didn't even try to hear me out and was very rude! Not once did she ever say she was sorry and I don't know why she works in the front if she isn't going to try and help out. So glad I was able to get the help somewhere else because this place wasn't it and I really wished I got her name but I believe her initials were R.G since that's what was written on my check. I should add that the other employee with shorter hair and glasses was really nice and even apologized!

I had a dispute with the bank, but the manager was kindhearted, understanding and was quick to find a solution to the problem. I will admit, I was not the most polite customer. But this man met my frustration with a supreme amount of professionalism and kindness. I wish i could remember the managers name, he was outstanding. It was a great learning lesson for me.

I stopped in to get new debt cards for my 2 business accounts and the staff at Texas Bank was friendly, helpful and efficient in giving me a hand.
