I will never visit this establishment again! I paid for a premium brake job, but the work I received was unprofessional. I had to bring my vehicle back twice to correct the initial job. The third time was due to a warped rotor, which should not happen with brake application. I was frustrated that they did not replace the rotors. To make matters worse, the manager insisted that I pay for them. This location is subpar and does not prioritize customer satisfaction. I strongly advise avoiding this place.

More to come. Driving. Service was Awesome from the phone call Tierney, GM, answered, to the service advisor, Don and the mechanic whose name i didn't get. Thank you so much for the great service and friendly atmosphere. My Explorer will be back!
