I was appointed Charity due to a CPS custody case W/ out conviction & NO BILLED! However- my particular case is SEALED & the so called closed caseCassandra Kaye v. Nikki Pratt is actually not just ACTIVE, its still a case (ie a 2 yr protective order by JUDGE MISKEL & a false allegation by CASSANDRA KAYE- DRAPEAU & Judge Miskel) that Charity has denied me representation due to the wrath of Judge Emily Miskel! I actually allocated Charity $500 via VENMO app so Charity would take my current & ACTIVE, 2 yr protective order case# 470-55974-2020 But all I get is either a version of 1- Charity Borserine; and, 2- Denise Turnbulls violation of my (CHARITYs Client) 6th amendment CONSTITUTIONAL right!?!?
