Most of good reviews here are fake, leasing office issued gift cards for those leave positive reviews, traitors! mailbox and Amazon packages thefts happen so often it is embarrassing! Ive lost 2 Amazon packages in 4 months. Someone got master key of community mailboxes, opened most of them, I could not get mail for more than a week had to go to post office to retrieve them, also lost a new credit card. Cheap leasing management, they use their own handyman for all trades plumbing electrical instead of licensed contractors, they broke sewer pipe, could not use kitchen for 4 days(during weekends they wont place emergency call for plumber cause they dont care) Leasing office said there will be exterminator onsite to get rid of roaches for whole building infestation. It s a lie. The ceiling is not designed to sound/vibration proof, poor construction, your peaceful sleep is in the mercy of your upstairs neighbor. This is by far the worst apartment at this price range. Even location is good it is not worth it.

Two mailbox theft already happened within 2 months. It s not safe here for sure. There is big roach problem ever since I moved in, I dont cook, or leave food bit around, they still come. It is that bad. I kill average 2-5 a day, 10 the most in single day, they are even on couch and bed sometimes. The office promptly had pest control spray some very deadly smelling solution around the infested areas in my kitchen and bath. However, it did not help with anything. There is infestation throughout the buildings, a single unit spot spray is not enough. We do pay pest control fee in rent. We hope bug spray should be roll out more frequently and cover more areas.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Here are just a few reasons: - ROACHES (theres nothing more to say than DISGUSTING) - MOLD (& they didnt fix it, I had to) - CRACKS from foundation issues - No issues ever fixed or accommodated - TERRIBLE insulation (makes your electric bill 20x higher) - RUDE staff. They do not help, they act like they are listen but never act on the issues & only cause more problems because of the lack of communication between the staff. - BRIBERY. They bribed their residents for good reviews so they dont look as terrible as they are. (A $250 gift card to be exact) - OVERPRICED. You can live in a lot better apartments in better areas of frisco for over $2000 a month. (& thats for a 1 bed)

Any review above a 3 star is fake. They run adds for the renters to win money for reviews. As an addition in the two years living there we had to battle roaches while they denied ever seeing any. The washer and the stove and the fridge are all garbage and theres massive cracks all over from the insane foundation issues
