I have had a bad experience with Mr.Dale Downing. I will never recommend him. There are tons of CPA around who can deliver high quality support for a fraction of what he charges.
He never told me what he would charge in the beginning and later came up with much higher bill than any other CPA around. After questioning him he then went down but I cannot trust some one who makes up a bill.
