I was having trouble with Scan n go went to Customer Service for help. Janet helped me and was so nice and sweet. Real good customer service!

Sam's Club on Eldorado in Friendswood has horrible customer service!! I was checking out with 2 large bags of potting soil on a flatbed. I had already scanned the potting soil and about to pay and an employee came over and told me I could not use the self checkout with a flatbed and cancelled my transaction. I asked if I transferred the bags of potting soil over to a shopping cart if I could check out using the self checkout and she said yes. The part that really upset me was she would not let me use one of the shopping carts close by. There was only one cashier working the other line with at least 6 people in line. I expressed that I was in a hurry to pickup my grandchildren from school and I had no time to spare. A manager came over and told me to use the scan app on my phone, but again I had no time to spare. I'm 70 years old and for me to figure out how to load the app on my phone would have taken me a good 20 minutes. All I wanted was to run in and get 2 bags of potting soil and be on my way quickly but they made it into a 3 ring circus. I have shopped at this Sams club for years and never been treated so rudely!!! The manager that would not let me get the shopping cart close by told me to expect this kind of service from now on.
