Got an email promotion/coupon saying the oil change was complementary when bring car in for service. I was denied on arrival. Showed them the email and asked to escalate to the service manager, who then said that it was a generic email and not valid. Poor reflection of the Lexus brand and poor dealership practice. Be aware of this dealers deceptive practice. I told them I would be honest on my review to warn others so here it is. I guess they dont care about reviews to improve.

They are good in giving service but it's a bit unorganized.I went their for service advice, for headlight issue on my Lexus, for that simple case I had waited for 1 hour.Then I understood , the guy forgot about me to put in Que.The place is pretty clean.The staff friendliness training need to be done.

I recently brought my gx460 in for some repairs, which included repainting my front bumper cover. This is the absolute worst paint job I've ever seen. There's sections that were left unpainted, tape marks, drips and dirt in the paint. I brought it back to address the issues and after a few days they called me to say it was ready. Nothing was fixed! All the issues I complained about were still there, but this time the entire front of my car was covered in overspray! And to top it off they tell me they don't clear coat it so I have to take it somewhere else to have that done too. The service rep said he can't keep sending it back so he'd give me a $250 credit to get a different service performed, but I couldn't imagine bringing it back to a location after this experience. The credit doesn't fix this disaster of a paint job.
