DO NOT HIRE THIS SCAM ARTIST, she will take your money and never shows up to court, she will sweet talk you to get your money, and will never show up to court for you, complete waste of time.

Melissa is amazing! She knows the law and the proceedings. I have used her for an eviction and a small claims case from a tenant. Icing on the cake - shes a terrific person and I hope to continue reaching out to her on a personal level! You cant go go wrong with. Cheap evictions.

I was actually one of her agents and had the same experience as the consumer. she would give me eviction cases to go represent and when I get in front of judge, the filling was incorrect or names wrong etc...I was very excited about this job bc I could freelance and use some of my property management experience and knowledge; so I would call Melissa to set up a meeting to get us organized for the week and see what upcoming court dates...Melissa would never confirm appointment, I sat in front of her hm office one day for 3 hours calling and texting. This happened on multiple occasions, she is very hard to stay on contact with. Sometimes it would take her 3 or 4 days to contact me and I'm her worker! !!It was a total fluke. She is nice, but it's all over the place. Trust me the few good reviews are one case that she decided to follow through on our of the 100 sitting on her desk that haven't been filled or filed wrong. She did pay me 1600 up front to file 11 cases and I completed that. But never heard from her much after that.Its only her working, she had another girl but quit... then me... and I just faded out because they're was not any structure and I needed sure employment. She claimed the reason for her spotty work and business was due to depression. I pray for her healing... but I gave up permanent jobs bc I wanted a flexible schedule. You sold me these lies about how much business you had and the help you needed and I was willing to step in and sort your mess out for you. You led me on for a month, chasing you, calling you, begging you to return my calls. Then there were certain courts that didn't even want to file your paper work because previously you had filled illegally some how, so those were wasted trips i made. smh.Hope nobody else gets done like this.
