I was referred to Kristina Vercellono by a friend. I was looking for house insurance and I needed someone with lots of patience and someone who would answer all kind of questions that I usually have in case like this. Honestly, I did not know where and which firm she was working for, I was told that she is now working for an insurance company which when I contacted her, I found it to be Farmers. I ended up talking to her for a long time and asking her for pros & cons of different companies and options available to me. After a few minutes talking she earned my trust by not only being very knowledgeable, but also being straight forward with answers. The key point for me was the trust, after that all went smooth since she was not pushing me, but her honesty convinced me that I am getting a good deal. And of course, after I bought my house insurance and I compared it to others, I found that she gave me an excellent deal. I will also call her when our cars insurance come due. If I had an insurance agency, I would offer her good bonuses to come and work with me.
