Cathy and her team are awesome! Used them for 20 years before I moved out of the area. Always prompt responses and very helpful when you need an insurance company.

Knowledgeable, personable and excellent insurance agent. Highly recommend this super person who is very experienced in her craft. She just saved my husband and I $400.00 per six month auto policy, with an upgraded policy with more benefit coverage and smaller deductible. We've been unknowingly overpaying for full coverage for 4 years. Amazing!

Woah - guess I'm the first review for Cathy. I'm not providing a review for Farmers Insurance products - they may not be right for everyone, but if you've decided to go Farmers, Cathy is about as good an agent as they get. I'm - as cheesy as it sounds - a satisfied customer who likes to recognize quality service where it's provided. Cathy is the best insurance agent I have ever worked with. She is knowledgable, thorough, efficient, incredibly accessible, and proactive. We always get a quick turnaround with a question or an issue. She knows Farmer's products inside and out, is able to offer us very well-thought-out coverage options that match our needs and budget, and knows how to carefully interpret the policies when we need to file a claim. These past weeks, she has been helping us with someone hitting my parked car, busting my headlight and bumper, and driving off without leaving a note (jerk thing to do). She has made the claims and repair process seamless - including arranging for a rental car - even though I was out of state for part of the time. Anyway - just wanted to highlight a bright spot in Farmers Insurance Land.
