        Tried to place an order but took a few days to get back to me. Never received an invoice but the order was placed. Drove all the way from Houston to pick it up (a flower topper for a cake which they did once before in the past) and they couldnt find my order. Once they found my order it was a few small dead flowers not in a topper form. No ranunculus flowers like promised and tried to charge me $38 for the dying flowers. Finally, went to check out their instagram a few days later and they blocked me for no reason. Unprofessional. I truly was understanding about all of the mishaps, didnt get mad at anyone because accidents happen.

      Hi Sara. We have always given loose stems for cake toppers. We have never made cake toppers. Usually the cake decorator puts them on. Unless we have the cake in front of us we can’t put them on. Sorry about the confusion. We also had a new worker that day that didn’t understand some of the orders. Invoices are already sent out and not sure why it wasn’t reached to you. Since we placed an order for your flowers which included one stem of a ranunculus like promised and Lisianthus with greenery. All of the floral was fresh and ordered for that morning we don’t keep old floral in our coolers for the exact reason. Thanks for the understanding.
