Rich's has been doing the regular maintenance on my heating and cooling systems for about 7 years. My units were original to the house - about 16 years. One of my AC units finally was beyond the point of repair, they came out to diagnose on a Friday and Saturday morning they were at my house ready to replace. About 4 hours in and out and I couldn't have asked for more; they were friendly, thorough, respectful of property, showed me everything that had been done and left my house cleaner than it was before they got here. These gentlemen are one of the best trades I have ever had the pleasure to work with and I unconditionally recommend Rich's for any AC work you need. Thank you for a job well done!

Rich provided fast and clear options to resolve my cooling problem (refrigerant leak). I opted for a new unit. Installation was complete on same day.

We are seniors on fixed income. Any home repairs are a big deal. Rich provided the best home repair experience we have had in many years. Our A/C went out and he priced it very fairly, was so courteous and professional, did the work quickly cleanly and well. Could not ask for better service or quality of work! Will only use him in future.
