This place is horrible if I could give them zero stars I would. They ruin dresses, rip people off, & pay for good reviews.

I was in love with her collections the moment I walked in. Her works are amazing. She also helped modified the design to fit my style. Everything came out perfect! I can't wait to wear the dress on my special day. Highly recommend for any ladies who are searching for a custom wedding dress!!!

Look no further. My dress isn't even done yet and I'm enthralled by a picture she took of just how the collar looks! Great price, great design... I'm blown away!

Im a photographer in the San Francisco Bay Area and had the pleasure of using a Cest Toi gown for a recent elopement editorial. Not only was the dress UNBELIEVABLY gorgeous, with the most stunning details, but Michelle was a total joy to work withextremely attentive and helpful. I unhesitatingly recommend working with her!!

BRIDES: DO NOT COME HERE!!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! DO NOT ORDER YOUR GOWN HERE!! This place completely ripped me off. They do not care about you or what you order for your dream gown. I ordered my dress March 2020 and didn't get to try it on until October 2020, which was literally ONE MONTH before my wedding. During all these months waiting, I would request pictures and updates and it would take the owner forever to respond. The October fitting was the only fitting I had. The dress was made with the wrong material and she added tulle on top of everything and it didn't fit me at all! When I asked Michelle to do alterations, she stated she was "too busy and booked through December." Please know, I had one month until my wedding, and the dress looked horrible. She recommended me to other alteration places in the area and told me if I wanted to take the dress home that day in order for someone else to fix it, I would need to pay the remainder of my balance. That left me with no choice and I had to pay to take my dress with me, even though she ruined it. When I went to get alterations, my total was $1600.00. Michelle said she would pay half of the alteration cost to cover her mistakes, but when I notified her it would be $1600, she refused to pay half. She tried to get me to agree to a $500 refund. And all of a sudden, she wasn't booked anymore and told me to take the dress back to her store so she could fix it. Now I'm here writing this in hopes that no other brides will go through what I went through. Michelle and her sister run a TERRIBLE business with HORRIBLE customer service. Also, all the 5 star reviews you see are not real, because they pay people for all of their reviews. She made my wedding dress experience horrible. DO NOT GO HERE! My dress was fixed by Baybrook Alterations. I give all of my credit to them for REMAKING my dress since Michelle RUINED it.
