Bought $200 boots for my wife at 6PM last night. Wife wore them to her moms and said they were too tight. Went to return them at noon the next day. Manager said she wouldnt take them back because they had been worn. I told her I bought them last night, the associate said we can bring them back if they dont fit, how would we know they dont fit if shes not allowed to wear them? Less than 24 hours had passed. She then told me to try another location because she wasnt gonna take them back. Only took them back when she realized I wasnt leaving without my money. Never buying from this place again stg, garbage customer service.

Everyone at this store are always so nice and helpful. They helped my family pick out my Christmas gift and were so great helping me on my recent visit. Roman was extremely polite kind and helpful with me. Went above and beyond for me. Thank you

This place handles business. I called asking if they had a MIE 1460..upon being informed it was in stock, I headed over. They had set aside the boots for me and had all the needed accessories. Staff was friendly and super helpful.
