        Worked with Haley on opening a new account and she was so very helpful and courteous and is always very nice and helpful every time I am at this chase branch.

        Haley Wright is absolutely the worst. She has horrible customer service and dismisses people like their trash. She should not be working in a bank and she does not know how to treat people. I will never go to this branch again. And I'm actually thinking about closing my account after the poor customer service that I got from her, even though I've been banking with Chase for many many years. When I told her I want to close my account. She looked at me and grin and said ok. Glad to know that Chase is easily let go of customers. I will let everybody know how horrible this location is , and how horrible Haley Wright is. If I could give negative stars I would luckily for you. One is the lowest we can go. I will also be calling Chase corporate to let them know about how awful this branch is.
