The worst service. Low quality! Bad customer service and No Professionalism, no worth it to come to Wells Fargo, specially no to this branch.

Terrible customer service, I just witnessed how the Manager treat one of the customers, he was so rude that I have to intervene. I asked his name because he was not wearing any name tag, and he ignored me and refused to give me his name, I learned by other staff members that his name is Antonio Linares and hes extremely rude, I have never seen a bank manager disrespecting and threatening a customer before, it is very disappointing to see how a name as big as Wells Fargo is being representative by a manager, with such a lack of professionalism.

The worst customer service, the manager Mr. Antonio, doesn't make you feel welcome, he doesn't greet you and he dismisses you. I wanted to open an account, but his attitude made me change my mind, I just decided to go to a different Bank name, so disappointed at Wells Fargo.

The worst customer service, horrifying to see how they treat customers, I saw how the manager treat this person so badly. While I was at this branch, I heard the manager was very abusive with this person, shame on Wells Fargo!!
