        A bunch of crooks. They literally steal money by charging a $160 dollar re-connection fee, after only being 1 month late on payment. Thats literally 3 months worth of water bills. Nothing justifies that amount. Also there's no misc. fees schedule listed on the website or shown anywhere. We need to throw out the current mud 23 administration and elect members from our community. Its absurd.

        Mud 23 horrible. Unexplained fees that are just added to the bill and they charge $150 to reconnect water service.

        We pay quite a bit for our water monthly bill and yearly taxes and MUD 23 WILL NOT assist us with the buckling sidewalk. A tree between the sidewalk and curb are causing the sidewalk to buckle but when we ask for assistance we are told to contact the HOA and the HOA just sends us back to MUD 23 and the county. The county says they're only responsible for curb to curb so NO ONE wants to take responsibility, but they will definitely fine you if your taxes are late!
