        What a rip off. I bought my brand new 5500 DuraMax generator by to ensure everything was working properly and hold time was 4 weeks. Came back in 4 weeks and my generator looked like it had been to hell and back. Alot of scratches and one of the wheels was wobbly as if something was stacked on it too heavy and bent the wheel frame. It's a dual gasoline and propane generator, so they were going to test it with propane , so when I picked it up, the dam propane hose wasn't with it. And they swear the hose wasn't with it, but we agreed to test it with propane. Bad customer service. Then overall, they didn't demonstrate if it even worked and charged me $50 for what!! Storing it and tearing it up... stay away from this place..

        Great customers service good prices. Update they hooked me up on getting my echo Blower working on a day when I really didnt have it to spend. Was able to get it done thanks.
