If I could give a negative I would. Do not ever rent from this company ever. Not only are they horrible property managers but whenever I informed them of repairs needed it would take weeks to get repairs done. I was without a working kitchen sink for a month just because they wanted to wait on a warranty replace faucet that cost 40 buck at the location hardware store. Then when moving out it took them 2 months to send what little deposit they felt fair to me. I have rented since I was 19 and all around the world and not once have I never got my full deposit back. And watch out for them they like to be up in your personal business 24/7. Stay away at all costs. Not worth it to deal with this company. They have excuses for everything.

I have been a Realtor in Fredericksburg for over 25 years and all that time when anyone was looking for a rental in town I would recommend them to call Nixon real estate and rentals. As most Realtors do not work with rental properties and Nixon has more rentals in town then any firm. They have a staff of five experienced staff in working with setting up showings, working on applications and if they manage the property a maintenance staff to work on any problems that arise. In fact as of last year after renting from Marian Nixon she stated she needed someone to show clients rentals and since I had retired and needed something to do I renewed my license and begin working for Marian and now the market is crazy as we no sooner get a rental then we have eight or more people wanting to see it.
