We contacted the Nevins Law Firm and consulted with Attorney Genevieve Klein Gold. Ms Gold and her team provided us with excellent advice and justice was severed.
We finally had our day in court on August 2018, and the judgement was awarded in our favor. Not only did we get out security deposit refunded in full, we were granted an additional $300 for a landscaping issue the landlord did not fulfill, along with all filing and lawyer fees.
We found the Nevins Law Firm fees to be fair, their staff extremely prompt and professional.
