        Craig answered the phone promptly on a weekend. We were preparing to leave on Monday, and the spring broke on our garage door leaving us unable to put our vehicle in while we were gone for over 2 weeks. He arrived promptly and worked very efficiently. We now have a 10 year warranty. Craig is very polite and informative, giving us all the information before he arrived. Highly recommend!
