Pumps are confusing making me want to smash them Read the other reviews. I gave up and went to Alon, where pumps are nice

Pulled in and went to bathrooms while gas was being pumped. Came out and $50 worth of gas was pulled (to fill 14 gal). $10 of gas was overfilled all over my new car and the ground. The nice cashier called his manager, only to be told its user error and we didnt push the handle all the way in (weve been pumping gas for a decade). Disappointed in the managerial customer service as this was not the issue that caused the gas to pour all over the ground. MAJOR safety issue here and management couldnt care less the customers and employees had to clean it up.
