Drove in from out of town. Hours on door and online said open until 6. We had plans of buying boots for the entire family. Showed up at 5:05 and it was locked with employees at the desk. We knocked and asked if they were open and he pointed to a sign that said closed now. Even though hours on door still said open until 6. Also looked like other employees were drinking at the bar inside already. Highly disappointed in the local staff and customer service.

I bought a pair of boots they were on sale. When I bought them, they did not tell me there were no returns, nor did it say that on a sign anywhere. When I tried to return them because they didnt go with the outfit, staff pointed out the receipt said no returns on sale items. I asked how was I supposed to know that because you only get the receipt after the purchase. I asked them to make an exception, since I was not informed of the no return policy prior to purchase, and they refused.
