Chase Bank

Main drive through ATIM has been unable to take any sort of deposit for at least 5 days, make three trips to attempt to use it. Call in to see when it will be repaired - person answering the phone said they didn't know but that there was a service ticket in. When asked when it would actually be fixed I was transferred to a branch manager who had no idea it was even broken and blamed it on a third party. She had no idea a major feature of an important feature of the drive through was not even working for the better part of a week - who know's what else is broken that they are unaware of......

So I was going to do a not so good review based on the treatment I got from a senior level banker...as I was completing the review I received a call from his superior and she apologized and got me taken care of. I really appreciate when people make a wrong a right She made it a point to call before she left for the day . My review went from.the bottom of the barrel to almost the top.

Very bad service. no one answers the phone you have to drive to Fredericksburg to get help and when you do that they arent very friendly.
