Indigo is like a second home to me! Its a place I can go to exercise, drop off the troubles of the day, working through negative emotions, do some breathing and start over with a fresh perspective. The staff and instructors are friendly and knowledge. Tons of classes to pick from and lots of special and fun additions to keep it interesting!

Indigo is a perfect blend of calming meditative movement paired with a sweaty burn! I love how there are beginners and more advanced attendees in each class. Everyone feels at home. The instructors are great. I love slow flow with Caron and all levels flow with Jan!

I really like this place and recommend it. I like how most classes follow a similar flow without music, although classes with music are offered to. Usually the studio is at a great temperature, although Ill note that it cant get really hot when the studio is packed. Its not that often this happened since the studio space is quite large. I feel like they cater to people of all walks and practices and the front desk sincerely make an effort to learn peoples names.

***UPDATE*** Everyone who is in charge of running this studio should be ashamed. You all know who you are. You are ruining this studio by hiding your responsibility and losing good people, members and valued staff alike. And I refuse to stay silent about your abuse and disrespect toward me and those who were mistreated here. This company does not value its studio nor its valuable yogi community members. It does not have a core philosophy of caring or valuing people or their things. Awful management. This amazing studio was ruined by its terrible mishandling of valued members and employees. They literally took paying members who pay extra for lockers, and one day moved all of the lockers including EVERYONES BELONGINGS without their notification or permission. They did this without notifying anyone or even giving advance notice to come get your things. Several members including myself quit over this violation. Upon reaching out to studio manager Carissa, asking for Justice, and asking for my locker restored, she informed me that she had no idea this had occurred. After claiming to check into the incident, I was told it was a "business decision" and essentially informed on how I could cancel my membership. After quitting my membership on principle over this severe violation of respect, privacy, and people's rights to know their things are safe, it got worse. My girlfriend, one of the most hardworking and attentive desk managers at the studio, became daily mistreated, called abusive names and isulted by Caron the head desk manager, as well as being prevented by her from taking yoga classes and constantly blamed for management problems that should have been handled by management. It was discovered that Caron was behind the invasion of people's lockers and moved everyone's personal possessions without their permission, apparently singlehandedly. After bringing all of this up to management they disregarded it all and defended her actions. After going to the owner over these EGREGIOUS issues, I was told there would be an investigation, but absolutely NO ONE ever got back to me. Not John, the studio owner, not Suzanne, the operations manager, nor any of the other studio management including Carissa, Caron, or Jamie. All of whom promised to fix this in some way. Great teachers, and I Loved this studio and called it my home. You lied to me, mistreated me, and set a dangerous precedent for how you respect people's possessions. You treated one of your best employees like dirt, someone who had visions and plans for the studio, and deeply cared about members and should have replaced Caron as the general manager. You hurt members trust, made them feel alienated and then forced many of them to quit over this ridiculous issue, and you owe them an apology. You ruined my faith and trust in your studio. And great teachers like Margaret, Clorissa, Shannon, Tanya, and more I won't mention here don't deserve how you devalued members and staff here. I will never be coming back. You've lost me for life. Let's stick up for our rights to privacy, respect, and freedom before it's too late. I am putting my foot down on this type of boundary-violating, narcissistic behavior. It's been over 1 month, and still not a word from these people over what they did. They take no responsibility for their actions, and the members they've lost will hurt their business. Hopefully everyone who left will find their way back to where they belong--at a better studio. ***Old review:*** Hands down best yoga studio in Fort Worth. Unparalleled teaching and solid foundation of spiritual practice combined with fun classes. This is real yoga. If you're looking for heated classes, great instructors, music that truly fits the peace and power of the practice, and a core that still stays true to its roots, look no further.

Thank you Audrey! My favorite word that you said is “home.” :) I started as a student in the community and I remember that feeling of being home the very first time I walked in the door. Thank you for such a kind review.
