I would love this store if the customer service was better. Im promised my accessories WILL NOT fall out of my hat and they have every single time I have left one of these stores. And Im just simply wearing the hat. The feathers are $15 a feather and I keep losing them so its just not worth it. They sell me something new every time I go in with the promise of these things to secure the accessories in my hat. Im so done with losing the items. Ive reached out to the owner multiple times. She doesnt even read or respond to my messages. Ive had nothing but bad experiences since I first walked in to get a hat.

Poor customer, notice did any employee say welcome or ask if I was interested in something. I stood by the hat bar looking at hats and never was acknowledged. Do better Fleastyle! Customer service is a huge part in sales.

I walked into this store just thinking it was a normal boutique but it was so much more!! Everyone should make their own hats here. Monica did the best job at making my hat exactly what I wanted!!! It was so fun and she was very personable and made sure it was perfect before I walked away.

Making your own cowgirl hat, good idea. This is a pricey souvenir, just be aware. The experience is pretty cool. Choosing accessories can take a bit of time so be prepared. Spreading out the different "stations" helps from everyone being on top of each other during the process. There is a book of ideas available for those who are having a hard time deciding on their style. The girls putting the hats together do a good job of helping chose placement, colors, and accessories for each hat. Have fun and show off your style while you enjoy the Stockyards.
