SunSmart Windows and Doors

I replaced 31 windows in my home and 1 window is different than the rest. I have 5 windows side by side and the different one is in there . All my windows have double locks except this one. It has a single lock. The window is a quarter inch smaller than the other 4 and the company told me it cant be fixed with 2 locks like all the rest. Now they are telling me they can change it at my expense. Wasnt my mistake in the first place and they should fix it. I told them I would be happy to put the old window frame back because it has the double locks but they wont return my calls anymore. Very bad customer service

Sun Smart windows and doors proved to be the most unprofessional company I ever encountered as a real estate investor. We initially believed that our doors would be installed based off our quotes and photos shown during our SunSmart visit. We signed the contract back in December 2022. Six months of waiting, and six different contracts in and out my home, on top of making payments for this project. July I decided to cancel the project as no installation date had been provided, despite making payments towards it. Unfortunately, when I called to cancel, the door surprising arrived. Moreover, the installer attempted to ask for an additional $5000 on top of the initial $12,000 payment for a turn-key ready door. Luckily, I knew a few contractors and my door looks good. I added photos of how project was completed !!! And Ill post messages to confirm!! They were attempting to persuade us to sign legal paperwork preventing us from discussing our experience. BEWARE!!
