They are very patiently and professionally answered all of my questions and after I ordered my first watch and it arrived very neatly and thoughtfully packaged I definitely decided I will be buying many more watches from them in the future! 10 out of 10 experience.

Love this Store. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Their watch options are unmatched. I expect to go back often and will recommend to anyone (collector or not) to stop by!

This place is a wonderland of options and services for the watch enthusiast! As soon as I walked in the door I felt special. Katharina and Nik were both incredibly professional and attentive. Nik was especially generous with his time and expertise. I did not buy a watch on my first visit, but I brought some watches for repair and battery replacement and I was very pleasantly surprised at how reasonable their prices are and how fast they are able to perform their services. Highly recommend!

Just want to take a second to brag on this store. I have a passion for watches and Nick took the time out of his day to share his passion for watches with me even though I wasnt going to buy anything. I got to see new complications for watch and the learn history about them too. Thank you Nick for treating a non buyer so well. I will be doing business with them in the future, sending friends there for repairs and looking at their online store frequently.
