The vet scared my daughter in making her feel like she would be a bad person if she didnt agree to the $2500 surgery. it was a fast growing caners. He died not even two weeks after the proceedure. Vet is really pushy and aggressiv

I love the report cards provided after our dog's boarding or daycare stay. Being able to add-on other services like nail trims, cuddle time, or baths is big plus! Booking through the online system is kind of clunky and I usually prefer to call instead. They are priced a little higher than other places, but we can trust them with our girl which is what matters most.

I only did the second star because at times it was a good place to take my dogs. Because I have a bigger German Shepherd and they did not treat him like they were scared of him like another place we had taken him. However this last time was not the case. We got charged an arm and leg for a wound he had. My dog gets anxiety when going to the vet(as others do nothing out of the ordinary), and it takes a lot to get him there. We ran out of the cream for his wound because it comes out fast and it spilt out a good amount. Unfortunately, he got to his wound, and it opened up again just a little, and we ran out of the cream. I called to see if I could pick up some more and they told me he was going to have to be seen again.... I get that if it had been a new wound or something new happened, but it wasn't. He just chewed a little at the same one they already looked at. Again getting him to the vet is not the easiest and makes him super uncomfortable, but they did not care about that. They wanted me to pay for another visit and put him through that all over again rather than allow me to pick up and pay for more cream. Also they put me on hold and then sent me to voicemail 3 times before letting me know he was going to have to be seen again....Looking for a new vet that truly cares for my dogs if anyone has recommendations! Thanks in advance!

We've been going to BCRAH for several years after seeing our (very) local vet for 10 years. The drive is longer for us and the services are sometimes more expensive, but being a vet hospital, they have better capabilities and technology than our smaller vet had. Recently, Dr. Dove quite literally saved our 16-year-old dog's life. We'd taken him to the ER twice on Sunday and they weren't able to identify the issue. The awesome staff at BCRAH worked him in on Monday, though, and worked with the ER to get his records. Dr. Dove put him under anesthesia for a look and QUICKLY identified the issue. She and the office staff also, kindly and mercifully, adjusted their schedules to get him in for a life-saving surgery the same week. He would not have survived if he'd waited longer and they understood that. There were so many moving parts to this and they made them all work. Thanks to BCRAH and Dr. Dove, we have more time with our boy. They walked us through all of the possibilities and were straight-forward at every step. We're so grateful for everything they did and Cujo is, too.
