We arrived 5 minutes before our 4:00 p.m. appointment. As of 5:05 p.m. we had not heard from or seen the vet doc. We saw a vet tech for about 5 minutes. Unbelievable horrible customer service.

I will start this review by saying the staff are kind enough and I do think they do their job. Thats the only good thing I have to say. My dog is in need of a small mass removal. They took a sample and sent it for pathology, I never heard back so I had to call weeks later and get the information myself. I was trying to schedule her surgery for removal and I called Monday, Tuesday (twice, left a voicemail the second time) I was told someone would call me back and they didnt, and then I called at about 10:30 am Wednesday. I finally got a hold of a vet and was sent a treatment plan. Their quote for removal was between $2,437.84 and $3,047.30. Of course, I will pay anything to take care of my dog because she is family. But to be certain I got a second opinion. I went to Central Animal Hospital on University.. and for the same surgery I am being charged $553.60 ($807.73 with pathology but the mass was already tested so we do not need pathology). I feel upset because I was so close to paying what they quoted me. I feel taken advantage of and like this company views their patients as cash cows and Im just not here for it. They will never have my business again. If youre going to charge 5-6 times what other vets charge, at least call your patients back. If youre looking for the bare minimum care at price-gouging costs, then this is the place for you. And their comments about how they take these negative reviews seriously seem to be nothing but blowing smoke; its apparent they have made no changes or steps to do better considering complaints like this are consistent throughout.

I am very pleased with my experience here. I am especially thankful and grateful to Christine, she helped me at the desk when I first called in and then other times I had to come in. My children and I were very worried about our cat and I was overwhelmed about how to deal with this. People who have good people skills and do their job well think nothing of doing so, that it is just their job, she was attentive patient and understanding and helpful when we needed it most. The way you handle your customers from the very moment you walk in the door is extremely important to any business but especially this business, she was exceptional in dealing with us when I had several questions difficulties and concerns, she exempified customer centricism. In addition to this everyone that I dealt with was very informative and helpful very helpful to a worrisome family with fur babies that mean everything to us.
