        I have dealt with several Penske truck shops in my time for driving semi trucks for AI Fleet. This shop is head and shoulders above the rest. John who is the service manager is absolutely a miracle worker when it comes to getting parts and getting the job done. I was told by other dealerships that I would take four weeks to get the part and the Houston shop said that I would have to leave my semi truck trailer at their location while they waited 4weeks for the part to arrive! John got it it in on Saturday waiting for me at the scheduled appointment on Tuesday!! On the day that I was scheduling my service and his team jumped into action and did everything possible to get me in and out in less than a half a day which included replacing 32 rivets that I had sheared off during a minor accident with another trailer. John and his team are absolutely amazing, cant thank them enough!! Penske has some extremely good people, this Penske is superb.

        Came in for bad batteries truck wouldn't start after sitting overnight. The tractor previously was serviced at a different penske and couple other places. Everyone kept replacing 1 battery here or 2 there or stating batteries were just fine. JASON TUCKER took the time listened to my description of problems looked into the service history and diagnosed the problem. We replaced all 8 batteries (4 APU 4 tractor). Ordered the batteries got them delivered and truck has been great ever since. Went through at least 5 other shops for someone to simply listen and do it right. 5 stars here.
