        Logistics seem very disorganized. I scheduled for Monday delivery the week prior. We had staff ready since a forklift was needed to offload our delivery. Monday came and went with no delivery. Today, I got a call that the driver arrived after hours (no one told us and staff were still there and able to receive the shipment) and that the shipment could come tomorrow, so now we are delayed multiple days. If someone would have called Monday, we could have received the shipment since staff were still on site. I feel ABF could have communicated better. Now our shipment is late.

        I have had multiple shipments come from this company, all with issues. The staff at the location are nice and friendly when you call, they aren't the issue. It seems like it has to do with whatever operations are going on internally. I've had the incorrect pallet delivered with the right shipment number (someone else got ours), I've had deliveries scheduled and missed, I've had pallets delivered with additional random additional shipments added. Whatever is going on needs to be ironed out.
