I can't say enough great things about our Account Rep Vincent Berrones. He is always so helpful, responsive and friendly to work with. We've been working with him for going on 2 years now since building our trucking company and he has been super helpful the entire way. It wouldn't be a typical Friday if he didn't receive a call or email from me asking something of the wall. We, at Twin Rivers Transport, really appreciate Vincent and the entire Apex team that has helped us every step of the way.

They started out really great. Angie was a great person to work with. Once she left to a different position it all went downhill. On top of all that when times got tough they decided to turn on their clients. I never had the same service that I got when Angie was my account executive. I had a truck repair and I needed help and they declined to assist even though Ive taken out $20,000 in loans before and paid back every single sent and have been a loyal customer for over 2 years. I will be phasing them out slowly per contract. Times got tough and now it will get tougher because I know they are losing clients. Maybe not enough to change anything, but a dent nonetheless. Out of all their good reviews I know this will have little impact but if one person reads this and decides to use a different factoring company then I guess its done its job. Very unfortunate.
