        Im typically one to only give out good reviews when deserved but this is not the case and its unfortunate..Im a first time bus mom and this bus registration process has been a nightmare. From just registering to being placed on the wrong bus route and once handled, having it changed yet again. I understand and empathize that this is a lot for these employees to be doing and its a busy industry but I feel more that its was a dropped ball somewhere with what Ive dealt with. Ive been extremely patient and kind to everyone Ive been in contact with because I know it doesnt help to take the frustration out on anyone, so this is my time to vent and express how I feel and the stresses of this process.
