I accidentally happened upon this location. I took a couple of photos of the Statue, which appeared to be very nice work. Avoid the porta-potty unless it is an emergency.
Restrooms: Avoid if at all possible. Not only the stench, or condition, mine had a needle.
Dog-friendliness: Didn't see any dogs but it appears to be an ideal spot along the water. Very nice views.

This is quite a nice place to go running around or walking with friends and family. I usually go biking on the trails when good weather.
Dog-friendliness: Bring your furry friends and take a walk.
