As far as working for this company,I have been here for a year and a half and there management department in welding absolutely do not care about there in employees,I recieved my final write up in around August and since then I've missed a few days because of health reasons and I blew a tire out now I couldn't help these things it's life but I've always respected the management never once have I disrespected them and I've always called the call in number and let them know that I was taking off but they don't give a dang what your going through they fired me the weekend before Christmas wow thanks guys.And as far as communicating or being sociable with your employees they want to stick there nose up in the air and act like they are better then you I'm not the only employee that feels this way that's why alot of guys ain't coming back after Christmas I texted mitch to ask if I could work tonight since I wasn't there today and it took him a few hours to text me back and tell me I'm fired he couldn't even tell me in person I consider that very disrespectful and un professional to have texted an employee and tell them they are fired via text message there's alot more that I can say if someone wants to contact me as far as working here it's definitely a 1 but there's to much to put on her thank you everyone and have a nice holiday
