Hello, we use bowls for our smalls and mediums (refer to the images in Instagram and/or Google) so they are wider but shorter (still 12 oz.). Our customers enjoy the bowls, but thank you for your feedback.

Hi Traci! Thank you for waiting! We are truly blessed with great customers that keep us busy! At Snoconelove we offer unique flavors that may require combining many different flavors and may include a variety of toppings. So, normally our customers order complex combinations, with multiple cones, often for a big group. However, if customers order classic, traditional flavors, we still take our time to shave the ice smoothly and make sure we are handing out beautiful, delicious shaved ice. We average 3-5 minutes per car! A common walk up stand takes about the same (unless they don’t have any wait, in that case, if we don’t have a wait, you too will get your order swiftly). We understand that a drive-thru may seem that you are in a fast service lane (think fast food), however it still takes the same amount of time to shave our ice (not crunchy) as a walk up stand stand with the benefit of waiting in your own cool car and not the outdoor heat. Thank you so much for supporting our small business! Hope to see you again! Pro tip: come at opening time or cloudy/rainy weather (minimal to no wait). Our busiest time is 8-9 pm.
