Veronica was exceedingly helpful today. I went in hoping to get a replacement item and ended up with an exact match. She suggested alteration possibilities that I will follow up on and removed the wrinkles from my garments after purchase. I will be back to see her.

Upon walking in had no less than 3 people look at me, turn their noses up and proceed to completely ignore me (I was in jeans, boots, and windbreaker since I was out running errands). Not sure if they were employees or not, but the 2 gentleman I did see that seemed to be working seemed overwhelmed or completely oblivious to the growing crowd in their store(they were helping a customer each, but I noted at least 6 other groups/ individuals other than myself). After 5-10 minutes I ended up walking out with zero interaction with any employee.

I cant say enough about the incredible experience that my son and I had at this store!! Caden, asst. store manager and Lisa were amazing!! We were overwhelmed about buying a suit. Lisa was so kind and helpful and made us feel at ease. She found the perfect fit for him. She also helped us pick out shirts and ties that look great with the suit! My son is super happy! He says its actually the first suit that not only looks great but fits great! Also purchases can be stressful but
Caden was so helpful and kind during check out and made the experience stress free. Thank you again to Caden and Lisa for everything and giving us attention as if we were family.
