The GM is great and most of his employees are as well. I feel like we just bothered the older lady by asking for simple things like do you have a shoe in a size or width bigger also wanted to kinda argue about a return and credits the GM said he would make sure if were going to be taken care of in we ended up just paying but the GM should ask his employees to make sure they honor what he says he will do instead of being rude and making people feel unwelcome.

Diego was very knowledgeable and super helpful. He definitely deserves a promotion or raise. I came in to return a pair of shoes I bought online and ended up walking out with two new pairs from the store with a buy one get one half off sale. It was a better deal than the current online offering. Diego even cleaned my new pairs of shoes before I left the store. Definitely 5 star service. He was very patience as I was taking a while figuring out what I wanted. Will definitely be back because of him when I am ready to purchase new Sperrys.
