        Terrible experience. I went in to get my felt cleaned and reshaped, the gentlemen told me it would be about 50 minutes that I could leave it there. I came back 1 hour and 15 minutes later to give him enough time and they hadnt even looked at it. He said it would be next but that is completely unacceptable Im a client just like everybody else, so I got my felt and told them no thank you Im okay, I went to the western store right in front and they took care of me right away!

        It was a little busy I felt super rushed just to pay, and was charged 20 dollars more just to use my debit card. Petty attitude making assumptions I didn't have enough money to pay for merchandise with a response to this 1 star review great come back how professional I wonder how the BBB or IRS would say about the so called 20$ charge quote was taxes.

        Decent prices on some items. Purchased a cowboy hat and it fit well. Staff was helpful in the selection process. They were kind enough to fit and shape the hat how we liked it if they didnt sell one that we liked. But over they were able to take care of us even tho they were busy.
