Kids Foot Locker

Miss sherry is awesome I came in here not knowing a thing about shoes for my son. But she took good care of us and helped us out a lot. I really appreciate her thank you very much miss sherry. Give her a Raise!!

The store associate didnt help my son loosen the laces on the *several pairs of shoes my 7yo was trying on. I remember when they used to help kids find the right size and put the shoes on like they used to.

When calling the kids footlocker store in Hulen Mall around 5:30 pm, a female picked up the phone very aggressive and rudely stating, Lady footlocker and Kids footlocker. I didnt hear her the first time, so I asked her to repeat it. She then, raddled it off really quick. I asked her name, she put down the phone. I repeatedly said hello, but no response. I made several attempts to callback, but was unsuccessful, since the line was now business. This person should not be representing Footlocker in such a way. You guys are going to lose a lot of business this way. This will also be reported to the corporate office.
