UPS Customer Center

I have a problem with packages being delivered every time by this location. The driver always lies and says delivery attempt today i sat on my porch for over a hr and i have a ring camera and i waited for my scrubs then i get a notification saying delivery attempt while Im literally on the porch but no one ever came. The truck was even showing a different location.Just a scam to get ppl to pay to leave it at the office. Terrible service

Had a package sent from within my own city. Website tracking still shows delay 6 days later. Contact UPS automated system tells me the same. After a significant amount of difficulty the automated system finally gets me to a live person. The representative informs me they consider the package lost and sends me an email. They have no other info available. This was very important time sensitive correspondence. Not the first time this has happened either. routinely have packages delivered by them to wrong addresses. The USPS does a better job than this. Whatever happened to you UPS? I have no faith in you left! 1 star since I couldn't leave less!!

this "customer" center is the worst. cant stand having to deal with these people. there is always a problem.
