Dropped off package thats going to Houston 2 hours before cut off time and was told by one of the customer service reps that my package would arrive the next day. Well it didnt so I got to calling ups, tracking info says it should be delivered by 7pm. Finally got thru to someone and was told that my package hasnt even left the store. This is unacceptable, oh I had called before I dropped it off and was told the samething. I should have listened to my wife and just drive it to Houston because upstairs always screws up.

I am a regular customer at this location. I drop Amazon packages for return. I have always had a pleasant experience. Yes, sometimes there is a line and wait times a little long, but the service I receive has been good. The gentleman in the front who is always there has shown me nothing but kindness.

This is the worst UPS STORE I have ever been to. No one knows anything!!! I have had 4 bad experiences!!! I go here because its close to where we moved. But I guess Ill start driving back to Sycamore School Rds location. Train and hire competent people PLEASE!!!!!

this store never opens on time. i waited until 8:45 this morning and the store still wasnt open to mail off packages i had. business hours begin at 8:30 am. customers shouldnt have to wait this long for a store to open. this wasnt the first time either.
