        Juan is freaking AWESOME!!! Best customer service Ive had in literally YEARS!!! He went out of his way to help us get the perfect unit and we are so grateful for his advice. The location is a wonderful because Juan is the man!!

        Would give zero stars if possible. Called to ask some questions about storage, as I have never rented storage. I mentioned to the boy who answered the phone that I had seen some of the availability online, but wanted to call to check on a few things. I asked simple questions like if I need to sign any paperwork or retrieve a lock & key. His response was extremely irritated & he even said clearly you didnt read anything online. Shocked, I asked what did you just say?, where he reluctantly said that it explains some of this online trying to cover up what he just said. I asked to speak to a manager, then he just hung up on me. Personally, this business will never get a dime from me. If I were the owner/manager, I would personally never tolerate an employee treating customers as so. All calls are recorded, as it mentions when you call, so I advise that this be investigated.
