Our technician (Herman) was fantastic! He was extremely thorough, he knew the security system inside out. We replaced a worn out sensor, and then he and I discussed some additional options we might add to our existing system. Herman was the epitome of professionalism. DFW Security is a great company...haven't had a bad experience yet. Keep up the great work.

Five stars are for both the home security system and the phenomenal staff! The security system offers top-notch protection with its cutting-edge technology and user-friendly interface. What truly sets DFW Security apart from other home security companies is the incredible staff (Jennifer in billing; Rick in service; Reggie in the customer service department (he was the first person I talked to about new service). Those three staff are knowledgeable, responsive, and dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. They went over and beyond for me! From installation to ongoing support, their professionalism and expertise shine through. I couldn't be happier with my home system and the outstanding team behind it!

DFW Security used to have the best customer service, and they always took really good care of me. Now the customer service is really hit and miss. You have to call back several times to get something done right, and there are some that are just not meant to be dealing with the public at all. When a customer calls and they are speaking, don't speak on top of them. You are only amplifying the frustration. It doesn't matter if you don't know how to fix the issue or not, let the customer speak, and then you can let him/her know that you are not qualified to fix the problem. Secondly, if you're having a bad day, leave it at home. I heard it the moment you answered the call, and your negative attitude immediately transferred over to me. I was already frustrated enough.
