I recently had the pleasure of working with an AB Solar and Roofing for the installation of solar panels at my house, and I cannot praise them enough for the outstanding job they did. From start to finish, WOW!!! They came to me and asked if they could do a free inspection regarding the recent hail storm. JR was my primary contact and provided a completely consultative approach to what my property needed. They said it was clear we had hail damage and offered to work with our insurance company directly. They met with the insurance company's adjuster when they came out. They did a comprehensive review of the insurance company's claim offer with me along with my options. There were a couple of things that came up during the work that incurred additional expense that again they worked directly with my insurance company and again they proved to the insurance company these funds were needed to do the job right. Their crew was on time and very respectful of our property. They kept the job site tidy respected our household with small kids and dogs by letting us know when it might be noisy. Dave the owner of the company was onsite and made a point to do check-ins with his crew as well as me to ensure things were going as planned. After a hailstorm hit our area in the spring, we needed to have our roof repaired. I asked around about different roofing companies and received some good recommendations. My neighbor had just had their roof repaired by AB Solar and Roofing and was happy with their work. We decided to set up a meeting with them. Tom and Crystal met with us to discuss our options. They were very accommodating and worked with us on the portion not covered by insurance. The work took a day and a half and the roofers were really nice. There was a small incident with our rain sensor breaking during the roofing process and Crystal and Tom quickly found a replacement sensor. If you have issues with your roof, Dave at AB solar & roofing is your person of contact. He goes above and beyond to make sure that your roof and gutters are installed. In my case, the insurance sent an adjuster who said our roof just needed a fix in some areas but Dave was able to proof to them that the entire roof needed to be replaced and yes we finally got a new roof. Thanks to Dave and his boss for being patient and working this out with the insurance company. We could not have done it without them.
