Fred's did a terrifc task repairing my roof. I called them after I noticed a leak. They came and did a free consultation and estimate with an excellent service representative. David was professional and He explained what was going on with my roof and told me my options. He was very honest and said Fred's prided themselves on their integrity. Our salesman, Tim Tripp, was patient and constructive during the whole process, and managed the crew the entire day, pitching in with cleanup throughout. The crew was on time, professional, and had done in one day, including cleanup. I couldn't believe how clean they left yard, driveway, all perfect, after what a mess it is to take off a whole roof.
