Good Burger - Long wait. Food was warm and tasty once I received it. Went inside to place order, two people in line front of me they each placed single meal orders like myself. 25 minute upon receipt. Look like they were fully staff, just not moving. Maybe next year before I return! Location Brentwood Stair Rd. Ft.Worth Tx.

I love Whataburger, but this particular establishment is never efficient. They are slow, the orders are always incorrect, and this isn't during peak times. I always regret coming to this location, so I stopped going. If you have ample time on your hands, lots of gas to waste as you sit ideal, and don't mind eating food you didn't order then by all means check them out. This is not a direct reflection of the staff, as I've never experienced a disgruntled employee. However, the management needs a refresher course and some training.
